1.How long is processing,shipping,and handling ?
Processing takes up to 2-4 business days not including the day you ordered sometimes sooner.
This process can take up to about 1 week. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.
Can I make changes to my order ?
Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payments is complete.
Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control, please contact mail carrier for further details once you receive tracking number.

How long does shipping take ?
After your order is processed and tracking number is sent shipping takes about 2-3 days to receive. Please contact United States Postal Service if package is delayed.

Our preferred method of payment is paypal. Paypal is one if the best, safest ans secure ways to make an online payment. We accept the following payment types for your protection and ours: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not have access to share your credit card information with anyone. You information is secured via Paypal.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES
Your Order will normally be shipped via USPS to the address you provided. Tracking numbers are sent to your normal email address as soon as a shipping label is created. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Use your USPS tracking to track your package in transit.
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your orde. Make sure you have included ALL the information(address,apt#,etc.) needed to deliver your package. Due to problems with missing shipment and fraud attempts, we ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning,someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They also may leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give a telephone number to call for pick- up or to arrange an alternative delivery. It is the customer's responsibility. No refunds will be issued for abandoned shipment.
LOST SHIPMENTS
if you have tracked your package and their is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email immediately. We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start a investigation. This investigation can take up to up 8-10 business days but we cannot control how long it make take.
